Peter Thomas Roth created a new and exciting skin brightening gel.  I t’s hydroquinone-free with azelaic and kojic acids, bearberry and mulberry extracts, anti-oxicant vitamin C, dimethyl isosorbide, and beta hydroxyl acid.  It’s gentle yet highly effective with beautiful results.
